turning 30 this month. Rob Hiaasen has written a great
article called "Angel for the Angels" all about the poster!
The article celebrates poster and how it changed many boys lives in the 70s and the personal thoughts of both Bruce McBroome and Farrah Fawcett on creating an image which is "still all Farrah" even now 30 years later!!

Emmy Tribute to Spelling

Spelling will be honored as part of this year's "58th Annual
Primetime Emmy Awards," hosted by Conan O'Brien, airing live this
Sunday, August 27 (8:00-11:00 p.m. ET) on NBC.
Stars from some of Spelling's numerous hit series, including Joan Collins ("Dynasty"), Stephen Collins ("7th Heaven") and Heather Locklear ("Melrose Place") will take part in a tribute to his illustrious career as one of television's most prolific and successful producers of dramatic series and made-for-television films.

Carousel of Hope Luncheon. The luncheon is the kickoff to the
upcoming Carousel of Hope Ball.
The Carousel of Hope, the world’s premiere charity event benefiting childhood diabetes, hosted by Barbara Davis, is set for its 17th gala on Sat., Oct. 28, in Beverly Hills, Calif., at the Beverly Hilton.

Tanya
Roberts husband, Barry has died. The couple had been married
since 1974. Tanya talked about her marriage to Mike Pingel in a 1998
interview:
Lets talk about marriage. You and Barry have been married how long?
We have been together over 20 years. I'm
not really sure, we don't celebrate anniversaries. I feel it only
leads to divorce. Barry and I are best pals. We're both physical
people and have similar interests. Yet, Barry does not like golf!

Aaron Spelling Dies at 83
Aaron
Spelling the man behind Charlie's Angels and one of Hollywood's
biggest producers of TV shows has died.
Spelling, who was 83, died today at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a stroke on June 18, according to publicist Kevin Sasaki.
We will all miss Spelling, but he will be remembered around the world for having brought entertainment into our homes daily. He will live on with reruns and the fans who loved his shows.

Charlie's
Angels producer, Aaron Spelling suffered a stroke over the weekend
and was briefly hospitalized, his spokesman said on Wednesday.
Spokesman Kevin Sasaki said the 83-year-old Spelling, whose series
helped shape prime time television with some of the hottest shows as
The Love Boat, Family, Charmed, Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place,
7th Heaven, Dynasty.
Sasaki said he had no details of the extent of the stroke but said
that the fact he was released from the hospital was a positive sign.

Charlie's Angels Collection on Display
Part
of Mike Pingel's Charlie's Angels collection is currently on
display at the Hollywood Entertainment Museum. The
exhibit will run through June 30,
2006. On display is the Charlie's Angels dolls, dress,
lunchbox, dress up set...over 60 items!!!
So drop by to see the collection...it's pretty heavenly. The museum also has the full original sets of "Cheers," "Star Trek - Voyager" and "The X-Files It's a fun place - so drop by!!!

Bernstein Dies
Jay
Bernstein who was Farrah Fawcett's manager during the 70s died
yesterday, April 30, 2006, he was 69. Fawcett was at his
side before he passed on.
Bernstein's longtime client, Farrah Fawcett, was at his bedside. "There are no words to express how sad and devastated I am," Fawcett said in a statement. "I have lost one of my dearest friends and the industry has lost a giant."

28.
This comedy has two bootleggers who want revenge on a moonshiner who killed their Grandpa.
