The smart angel fans will want Kate Jackson's film Black Death now on DVD! See if this angel can save New York City! Black Death is available on amazon.com for only $15.99!

Well, Angel fans guess what? On February 14th 2000, Jaclyn Smiths' Lifetime film, Navigating the Heart will air! [a.k.a. Fishing with John].

Charlie's Angels Videos
Columbia House Video is said to be releasing more Angel videos though their mail order. Rumor has it that the original pilot will kick off the “Angelic” release!

Charlie's Angels: The Movie
Even with all the problems with the new Charlie's Angels movie the film should start shooting on January 10, 1999. The word on the street is that Farrah, Jaclyn and Kate will becoming back for a "cameo"! Editor Mike Pingel was at the production office and even saw the three NEW angels taping! "Cameron, Barrymore and Liu were doing the classic “Angel Walk” toard the camera -- just like the original angels! They all looked stunning! The actress were not only looking Angelic, but like they were having a really great time!" The new angels were walking toward the camera with an American flag behind them. This first taping of the angels was said to be a clothing test. But it just might be a "promo" clip for the theaters! We'll have to wait and see!

Casting on Charlie’s Angels: The Movie
Current casting for the new film are: Bill Murry is staring as John Bosley! Two villains who will make life hell for the Angels will be played by Tim Curry [Rocky Horror Picture Show/Home Alone 2] and Sam Rockwell [Galaxy Quest]. Mike Pingel from Angelic Heaven has also auditioned for the film. No word on his role in the film — but it would be fun to see Pingel on the screen with some new Angels!

Charlie’s Angels Convention???
The Angelic Heaven staff would like to know if anyone would be interested in having a “Charlie’s Angels Convention” this fall/winter 2000??? The convention would be during the opening weekend of the “Charlie’s Angels: The Movie” here in Los Angeles. Currently, we are just seeing if their would be interest in putting on a gathering of Angel Fans. This convention is not set in stone. If enough fans are interested, it could happen. Angels on DVD
The rumor is that Columbia/Tri-Star Home Video will release Charlie's Angels out on DVD latter this year! So hurry out and buy a DVD player!

Court TV Series
Court TV premieres new series, Hollywood & Crime a new legal magazine show on celebrities and the justice system, will be hosted by international celebrity expert Alison Holloway. Upcoming episodes in February 2000 include "American Beauties" which will focus on the courtroom trials of sex-symbols Farrah Fawcett and Anna Nicole Smith. Hollywood & Crime airs on Friday evenings from 7:00-8:00 PM/ET. No date on the "American Beauties."

The Movie Starts!

Charlie’s *New* Angels, Dylan [Drew Barrymore], Natalie [Cameron Diaz], Alex [Lucy Liu] started filming the new Charlie's Angels: The Movie on Tuesday 11, 2000! So it's true...this Fall 2000 -- a brand new adventure will being! ...once upon a time...there were three very different little girls....

Of course who would not be surprised that these "Angels" [Barrymore, Diaz, Liu] were found on their first magazine cover about the female success for the new millennium called Woman on Top! The actress were apart of the story on "Woman Who Set the World on Fire" -- which focuses on the most powerful woman in the entertainment business. As one can tell, Angels do land on top!

Angelic Heaven's very own, Mike Pingel got the chance to meet Aaron & Candy Spelling! Pingel attended Hugh Heffner's Playboy New Years Eve Bash at the Playboy Mansion and found himself in the mist of past Angel alumni! The Charlie's Angles alumni included Dennis Cole [episode: Terror on Skies], Bruce Bauer [episode: "Matt" - Toni's Boys], and Casey Kasem [episode: Winning is for Losers]. But, the highlight of the evening came when the Spelling arrived to the bash around 1am!

Kate on TV this Tuesday!

Kate Jackson will be appearing on the Tuesday [January 18] episode of Chicken Soup For the Soul on PAX-TV at 8pm. Here's the description of the episode:

Charlie is Sad!
Jaclyn Smith’s most asked question during promoting “Navigating the Heart” was - if she was going to do a cameo for on Charlie’s Angels: The Movie — the answer? — basically a No. The reason? — due to the original “Angels” scheduling conflicts! Farrah Fawcett also announced she was not coming back for a cameo on Entertainment Tonight [02.04.00]. So it looks like “Charlie’s Original Angels” will not be seen in the upcoming film. Charlie and fans are very sad.

Roberts a ‘70s “Museum” Angel
Tanya Roberts is scheduled to appear at the The Museum of Television and Radio’s 17th Annual William S. Paley Television Festival in Los Angeles, CA . The festival will showcase the cast of That ‘70s Show on Monday, March 13 at 7pm. The tickets are $15.00 and can be purchase in advance by calling 888.TM-TIXS or at the Museum. Tickets are still available for the event.

Ladd Working It!
Cheryl Ladd will be shooting a other episode of Two Guys and a Girl! No date on when the episode will air, but will be seen during this season!!! Then Ladd is off to Monte Carlo to be a presenter at the Monte Carlo Television Festival. Jaclyn Smith might also be a presenter at the event and it’s rumored that there will even be a tribute to Charlie’s Angels. No word if the event will telecast here in the states. Ms. Ladd also recently re-signed as Buick's Golf Ambassador for the 2000 season. She will be at Buick’s four title-sponsored PGA events. Plus...Ladd’s 1999 film A Dog of Flanders will be released on to video on March 2000! [retail cost $19.99]

Jaclyn Smith's new film

Jaclyn Smith & Tim Matheson [Animal House, The West Wing] star in Navigating the Heart the original Lifetime movie based on Edith Iglauer’s autobiography Fishing with John. The film chronicles the story of an unlikely romance between a cosmopolitan career woman and a small town fisherman.

The Story
Headstrong, New York magazine journalist Edith Iglauer (Jaclyn Smith) is sent to British Columbia to do write a meaningless article on the high price of salmon. To her surprise she finds herself in the middle of a controversial government dam project, which would not only kill the spawning salmon but the lifestyle of the small fisherman community.

Edith is forced to use the hardheaded fisherman, John Daly [Tim Matheson] as the main source for her story. As their two personalties clash, they find themselves caught in a fierce storm which brings the threat of death. As John’s boat is sinking, the twosome holds onto each other under a blanket to keep alive. Edith & John discover each other and begin to fall in love.

Edith finishes her story, and has to runs back to New York to save her job and away from John's love.
